There’s lots going on at Christ Church Fulwood for young children right through from before birth(!) to pre-schoolers, with plenty of biscuits to go around!

The aim is to teach these youngsters at an early age about Jesus, and to involve whole families in learning from the Bible. All leaders and co-ordinators have up-to-date DBS checks.

On Sundays there are separate baby and toddler crèches at the 9.15am service, whilst at the 11am service there is a combined baby and toddler crèche, both with experienced helpers.

“Seekers” has activities, songs, craft, and a simple story from the Bible. This runs at the 9.15am and the 11am service for children aged 3 1/2 years old, up to and including those in Reception.

During the Week

During the week, Small Talk runs on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday morning from 10 - 11.30am. It is open to all parents and carers with pre-school children for craft, toys, refreshments, singing and story-time, as well as additional learning through play activities for those aged 3 and 4.

New Mums and Mums-to-be is a group for expectant and new mums on a Friday morning. It’s a chance to meet other mums and get advice and information.

Men Behaving Dadly meets on one Saturday morning each month for dads and their children (under 6) to socialise, play and eat bacon butties.
