Fulwood Bible Training takes place on Thursdays at Christ Church Fulwood, for ten weeks a term, three terms a year. The training year begins at the end of September and ends in July.

Dates for 2018-2019

Autumn term: 27 September— 6 December (Half term: 1 November)

Spring term: 17 January—28 March (Half term: 21 February)

Summer term: 25 April—11 July (Half term: 30 May, Extra break: 27 June (EMA))

The Training Day

The day runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Students bring their own lunch.

We study two whole books across a term: a book from the OT and a book from the NT.

The first session of the morning and afternoon will tend to focus on larger sections of a book, and to be led from the front.  Presentations or Bible studies led by students are on shorter selected passages, from sections of the book covered in the main sessions up to that point.

In the Summer Term of 2019 we shall be studying Psalms in the mornings and 1-2 Timothy in the afternoons. The final session of the day will be culture and history.
