Exploring Christianity

Have you ever wondered what Christians actually believe?

Would you like to take the time, perhaps for the first time as an adult, to look into who Jesus really was? Or perhaps you’ve been a Christian for a long time but want to go back to the basics? If so, we have two great options for you:

Christianity Explored

Christianity Explored is a down to earth look at the Christian faith. The sessions are designed to help you examine who Jesus was, what his aims were, and what it means to follow him today. Take a look at the Christianity Explored website to find out more.

Encounters: Meetings with Jesus, Then and Now

Encounters is an informal opportunity to hear about life-changing meetings people have had with Jesus, both from the Bible and from Christians today. It’s a chance to discover who Jesus was and, why he came, but also what he was like and what it would be like to follow him.

We run either Christianity Explored or Encounters over seven weeks each term- starting in January, after Easter, and in October. Each session will include some discussion in groups and either a short video or a talk. They are great ways to investigate Christian claims and get to grips with the big questions of life.
