There are various options depending on your circumstances and preferences.
All forms and queries can be directed to Sarah Lightfoot, Accounts Manager, via email or the church reception.
If you are a UK taxpayer, we can reclaim 25% of your gift (regular and one off) from HMRC. Click here to download a form.
Note that, once you have completed a Gift Aid form for Christ Church Fulwood, we will claim the Gift Aid on all gifts that are eligible and are clearly from you unless you tell us otherwise. Should your tax situation change for any tax year in which you have authorised the church to make Gift Aid claims so that you no longer pay enough tax to qualify, it is your responsibility to inform us. Please do get in contact even if this relates to years in the past for which you have overlooked, or were unaware of, this requirement. We can adjust previous claims if necessary.
It is a great help to have a high proportion of our income coming from reliable, predictable regular giving, as this helps us to plan well.
- If you bank online you can set up a monthly, quarterly or annual standing order, using the account details at the bottom of this page. Please send an email to Sarah specifying the amount, frequency and date of the gift, so she can identify your giving.
- If you do not bank online, you can download the standing order form now or collect one from the church reception. We will then forward the standing order form to your bank on your behalf.
You can change or cancel a Standing Order at any time but, if you do, please let Sarah know as the standing order forms are an important link in the evidence required for Gift Aid reclaims.
Payroll Giving Scheme
This is a means of giving from your income before tax is deducted. Some employers will match an employee’s charitable giving so it is worth enquiring about your company’s policy.
